Batch Traceability

Every EKING production batch carries a unique digital ID linking raw material records, process parameters, and laboratory test results. Customers receive a Certificate of Analysis (CoA) with complete batch data.

Step 1 — Raw Material Intake

Each shipment is registered with supplier details, halal certificate reference, origin documentation, and initial QC inspection results.

Step 2 — Production Batch Record

Processing parameters — extraction temperature, pH profile, filtration stages, concentration — are logged against the batch number in real time.

Step 3 — Laboratory Release Testing

Finished product samples undergo full specification testing: Bloom, viscosity, moisture, ash, pH, heavy metals, and microbiology.

Step 4 — Certificate of Analysis (CoA)

A complete CoA is issued for every batch, summarizing test results against specification limits. Customers receive the CoA with each shipment.

Step 5 — Record Retention & Audit Trail

All batch records, lab data, and CoAs are archived for regulatory compliance and available for customer or third-party audit.
